The Educore Foundation supports transformative work across 3 pillars of education:
Education partnerships & infrastructure
We partner with the government to operate schools. We focus on investment in people and infrastructure that will improve the outcomes of the learners in these schools.
Development projects
Kalumbila Town Secondary School, North Western Province
We are working in partnership with community stakeholders, local government and funders including the Trident Foundation to develop a grant-aided secondary school in a fast-growing area without adequate school provision.
Chunga Primary School, Kafue National Park
We are partnering with African Parks to upgrade the infrastructure of Chunga Primary school, a remote primary school inside Kafue National Park.
ICT Lab, Frontier Nkisu Primary school, North Western Province
We partnered with Liquid Telecom and other local supporters to build and equip a 45-seat ICT lab in this primary school and train an excellent Computer Science teacher. All students now attend IT lessons at least once a week, and have a chance take part in the Computing Club after school.

Teacher education & training
Educore Academy is Zambia’s first fully practice-based teacher training programme. Instead of training teachers in theory alone, we place them directly in schools — learning by doing, supported by experienced mentors.

Participants work full-time in classrooms from day one, embedding themselves in all areas of school life.
